Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen reportedly plan to file for divorce Friday.
The couple have reached a settlement to end their 13-year marriage and expect to formally file the paperwork in Florida, sources told TMZ.
The insiders also shared that lawyers for the NFL quarterback and the model have been working with a mediator to figure out their custody agreement and property settlement.
Brady, 45, and Bündchen, 42, share son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9. The athlete also has a 15-year-old son, Jack, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
The divorce document will be short, and the terms of the settlement will remain confidential and sealed, according to the report.
Tausi Insider exclusively reported earlier this month that both Brady and Bündchen had hired divorce attorneys.
The pair, who have been living separately for months, hit a rocky patch when they had an epic fight over Brady’s refusal to retire from his football career.
Multiple sources also claimed that there was very little probability the duo would reconcile.
“[Gisele] is done with their marriage,” an insider told People earlier this month. “She was upset about it for a long time, and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on. She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired.”
Bündchen seemingly shaded Brady a few weeks ago by commenting on an Instagram post about “inconsistent” partners. Days later, Brady further fueled breakup rumors when he attended Robert Kraft’s surprise wedding without Bündchen.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel has been open about her marriage woes and even admitted in an interview with Elle that she and her kids would like Brady to be “more present.”
